Rick Fecteau - President, Port City Auto Group
I started in the automobile business in 1967 as a service writer at a dealership in Washington D.C.. It has been a dream come true, to one day own my own successful family of dealerships, built upon the foundation which I value most, honesty, integrity and respect. It is a pure delight that I am able to live this dream with my entire family by my side.
When I am not at work:
I always look forward to being on the water, whether for an hour or for the entire day. I love boating and fishing, both fresh and saltwater. Nothing else feels like being out on the open water. It is one of the few things that is as enjoyable by myself as it is with a group of friends or family aboard. On land, I enjoy golfing and playing tennis as well as spending time with my family and all of our dogs.

After graduating college, I was employed by Nissan USA. It was nice to come home to a place where I knew all of the employees by name and knew a bit about everyone too. Even though names and faces change over the years, there is no better feeling than knowing that you exist as a person and not just a number.
When I am not at work:
Once the snow melts I just want to get outside! Whether it’s playing tennis, taking my lab Kobey, for a relaxing walk or lounging in the sun at the beach or the lake, I want to soak up every minute of it. I am an avid Red Sox and Celtics fan and try to take advantage of every opportunity to see a live game or watch them on TV. My biggest thrill of all is watching my precious niece, Lilia, grow a little more each day before my very eyes!

What I like about working at PCAG: I love the attention to detail and the focus on customer satisfaction.
When I am not at work: I enjoy being on the water, whether it is on the Piscataqua River or Lake Winnipesaukee. I am an avid sailor and fishermen (bluefin or stripers, your choice!). I also have a pair of rugby cleats that I am not afraid to use although my golf clubs and tennis racquet get more use! Given unlimited time and resources I would spend my life sailing in and around Turks and Caicos.

What I like about working at PCAG: The personal relationships that you develop within a family owned business, the quality of our products, and the contributions made within our local communities.
When I am not at work: I enjoy motorcycling and most any automobile related event. I also enjoy snowboarding in the winter. I can also be found working on home Improvement projects and spending time outdoors with Christine and our dogs Kobey and Oliver (a black lab and a beagle respectively, Badoooo).

What I like about working at PCAG:
I love the people I work with and the Portsmouth community too. The products we offer are second to none, and we always have time to laugh, both at ourselves and each other!
When I am not at work:
I love stock car racing, my family has been involved with it for years. My brother is our team driver while my uncle and I own the car with him. We have 4-5 family members on the team too. This is the only time that I am in my “element”. My Dad was the “Maine State Champion” in 1959! The intensity and energy required to compete at this level is truly unbelievable.

What I like about working at PCAG: This is a family owned and operated dealership and when you work here, you are a part of the family. Everyone works together here to achieve one goal and that is to make sure that every customer is completely satisfied.
When I am not at work: After serving in the US Army for 9 years and being deployed three times, I decided to get out and settle down with my wife. I have always been a car fanatic which is what led me to the Port City Auto Group. When I am not here, I am spending quality time with my friends and family.

What I like about working at PCAG:
The high standards we have for our products and employee performance. Working with people that strive for a quality work environment makes me look forward to going to work everyday.
When I am not at work:
I have lived in Portsmouth since 1982 and I really enjoy the culture and history the area has to offer. The Seacoast Rep Theatre, The Music Hall and the great restaurants have quickly become my favorites. I also enjoy being outdoors, anything from working in the yard to weekends at the lake, reading a book at New Castle Commons, and enjoying the sunshine on “the decks” downtown with my friends. I love animals and share my home with my two cats Dustin and Sissy. At work, I share my office with Kobey, Harley and Willy too!

What I like about working at PCAG:
I enjoy the atmosphere and the quick pace involved with working in a dealership. Also, being an avid dog lover, I like the pet friendly environment. And to top it off, all of my fellow employees are great!
When I am not at work:
When I am not working at Port City Auto Group you can usually find me in the company of my husband and my two teenage sons. Between raising my kids and caring for my three dogs I don’t have a lot of spare time but given the chance I love to curl up with a good book. I also enjoy attending the various sports events my kids are involved in and hanging out with my friends and family.

What I like about working at PCAG:
I really enjoy the people that I work with and for. They make my day very enjoyable.
When I am not at work:
I spend a lot of my time training my horse, a 6 year old Arabian gelding. He is fun but is quite a handful. When I am not with him, I spend time with my boyfriend and friends, going on motorcycle rides, or doing something fun such as laser tag. I also enjoy making big dinners for my family and friends.

What I like about working at PCAG:
I like working with all of the staff. They are all great people.
When I am not at work:
Away from work I enjoy spending time with my wife Holly, my grandson Alex, who is a handful but keeps me young, and my son Patrick who is the driver for Tanguay Racing which is our family race team at Lee Speedway. I was also the President of the Southern Maine ATV Club and am still actively riding all over state. I am also active with Toys for Tots and raising money for American Cancer Society.

When I am not at work:
I spend a lot of time at Port City Auto Group. I can usually be found sprawled out on Deb's desk or following Uncle Rick around, wherever he goes. I really enjoy having my hair done and playing with my friends. When I am not at work, I assume my role as master of the house and make sure that everyone is safe at all times. For my efforts, I get my belly rubbed.
