I love my new Grand Vitara, thank you! Misty was extremely knowledgeable about all of the features of the Grand Vitara, it was quite a bit different from my old one. I really wanted heated seats but the model I liked best didn't offer them so Port City Suzuki installed them for me! Thank you all so much and I will be back in a few years for my next Suzuki!

Many, many thank you's for the unusual care and concern that you showed me when I called your dealership recently, and again when I came in to see you. You had suggested that I come right away and you would try to help me. As you remember, my daughter has purchased two Nissan's from Port City and just loves her cars and the service there. I strayed a bit and leased a Nissan from another dealer (long story). In any case, the myriad of problems that I encountered with my last car and that dealership were distressing. The treatment I received there was anything but professional.

I appreciate the long time you took with me the day you suggested I come in. It was obvious you were trying your absolute best to help me rectify the issues the car i purchased at the "other" dealership. I appreciate the time you took to show me and have me test drive another Nissan vehicle.

Car buying can be a stressful experience, but this was as smooth as it gets. I started out knowing pretty much what I was looking for. Port City Suzuki had a large selection on their lot and had the color and model I wanted. I emailed Brian on the internet and asked for a quote. He responded quickly with a good price. When we arrived the car was ready for us to drive. The price remained the same as quoted and to boot we got a fair deal on our trade. After the purchase, Brian S went over the car bumper to bumper to explain all the features on the car. Thanks Port City Suzuki!

Great salesperson, Multiple lots, Offers Nissan's with great warranties...

I initially came to Port City to look at pre-owned Nissan Xterras. I met with salesperson Phil Walter who made me feel at ease and was very knowledgeable about the Xterra. I didn't tell him that I had seen the vehicle listed online already, but they still offered me the same price that I had seen online which was competitive with other Xterra's I had seen online. I decided to wait, because none of the used Xterra's they had there had everything I wanted. This is not a problem with the dealership; I am very picky and wanted a 4x4 with very low miles. Xterra's are a popular vehicle so that's going to be hard to find. However, if I had decided to buy an Xterra, I probably would have bought one from there anyhow, because they are a dealership that sell used vehicles with a better warranty than most other dealers can.

I eventually decided to look at the Jeep Liberty instead. There are a lot more of them available, so it was easy to find many with the features and low miles I wanted. Since Port City has different lots and a store in Amesbury, MA Phil was able to find the vehicle I wanted at one of the other lots. He referred me to the other location, where another salesperson took great care of me, and now I own a 2007 Jeep Liberty in my favorite color with low miles and all the features I wanted, at a fair price.

I have had very bad experiences with other dealerships in the past; so much so that when I bought my last vehicle, I signed over Power of Attorney to my father and had him buy the vehicle, then took a 15 hour train ride to my parent's house to pick it up. I do my homework so that when I'm ready to buy, I can walk into a dealership as a fairly knowledgeable consumer. I have been offended in the past when other dealers have assumed that a younger female like myself would readily succumb to high-pressure sales and allow them to be sneaky with basic financial details like vehicle price, interest rate, etc. I was pleasantly surprised to find that nobody at the 3 Port City dealerships I visited in the past week was high-pressure, and I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of me just because I'm a woman. I would readily recommend them to others.

I went to Port City after doing extensive research online and searching many local (southern NH) dealerships to find the Maxima I wanted. After experiences with two other dealerships, I was armed with pricing info, lease factors, residuals, etc. (mostly from Edmunds.com), and was surprised to find that, with a minimal amount of haggling, I was able to get the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. The salesman was very knowledgeable, friendly, non-aggressive, and made us feel fairly comfortable during the process (if you can ever go through the car-buying process completely comfortable!) The sales manager merely came out to thank us for our business, going through finance was a breeze, and I love my new Maxima and the deal I got at Port City.

I highly recommend this dealership if you are in NH, MA, ME--or even further away--they are worth the drive!

I recently purchased a new Quest minivan from Port City, and every person I encountered - from the receptionist to the sales personnel to the financing department - was professional, polite, helpful, and informative. My salesman promptly responded to my phone calls and e-mails, he made himself available when he knew I was coming in, and when I dropped by unexpectedly one evening and he wasn't there, another gentleman immediately stepped in to answer my questions. I never once felt pressured by anyone, nor did I feel like anyone was "hovering". The financing representative was also a pleasure to work with, and actually got my loan at an interest rate less than the other banks I had checked out (I never told him the rate I got elesewhere either!) I've been to many dealerships to purchase vehicles in the past, and Port City was my best experience yet. (...and my van is awesome, too!)
